Project Overview

This project included the demolition and replacement of existing concrete pavement, along with new fence and sidewalk installation per approved plans. The team installed and securely anchored new playground equipment, restored all disturbed site areas, and properly removed construction debris. All work was completed in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and SCA project specifications.

Detailed Scope of Work

Perform demolition of existing concrete and furnish and install new concrete pavement, including removal, disposal, preparation, placement, finishing, and curing per approved plans and specifications.
Perform all fence and sidewalk work as shown on the drawings, including installation, restoration, and final finishing.
Restore existing site conditions disturbed by construction activities, including covering and stabilization of affected areas.
Furnish and install playground equipment, including secure anchoring, in accordance with approved plans and applicable standards.
Remove and properly dispose of construction debris and excess materials in compliance with local regulations.
Complete all work in accordance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and SCA project specifications.
