Scope of Work

  • Demolition of existing pavements, fencing, and exterior site elements shown on the Site Plan.
  • Installation of new concrete pavements, site paving, and curb work to improve accessibility and drainage performance.
  • Construction of new foundations and structural supports for exterior improvements.
  • Installation of fencing systems, gates, and miscellaneous steel components as shown on detail sheets.
  • Electrical and site infrastructure upgrades including conduit and foundation details.
  • Final restoration, cleanup, and turnover completed in accordance with NYCSCA standards.
