Project Overview

Our team completed the reconstruction of the open space and playground area at NYCHA Watson Houses, delivering new recreational amenities, upgraded infrastructure, and improved public gathering areas for the surrounding community.

Scope of Work

Demolition and removal of existing play equipment, safety surfacing, fencing, benches, and deteriorated concrete and asphalt pavements.
Construction of new concrete walkways, curbs, accessible ramps, and hardscape improvements to enhance site circulation.
Installation of new playground equipment, exercise features, and ADA-compliant safety surfacing.
Installation of steel fencing systems, gates, and site furnishings throughout the open space.
Drainage and water supply upgrades including plumbing adjustments and utility coordination.
Landscaping improvements including tree protection, soil preparation, planting, and restoration of green areas.
Final site restoration, cleanup, and completion in accordance with NYC Parks standards and project specifications.
