Detailed Scope of Work

Repair and replacement of deteriorated exterior wood components including fascia boards, soffits, rake trim, dentil moldings, and belt course details.
Restoration of roof edge assemblies including eave details, rake connections, and decorative trim elements as shown on elevation and detail sheets.
Rehabilitation of window components including jambs, meeting rails, muntins, mullions, and sill assemblies.
Exterior façade preparation including scraping, priming, sealing, and painting of restored architectural elements.
Installation of replacement wood framing, blocking, and backing required to support new exterior trim assemblies.
Structural repairs to head, sill, and jamb conditions associated with historic window openings.
Final finishing, inspections, and project closeout completed in accordance with State of New Jersey property management standards.
