Company History
Founded in 2004, PMY Construction Corp has grown steadily through its work on public-sector projects, including programs with the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Over time, we have expanded our capabilities and now deliver capital construction projects for a wide range of government agencies and institutional clients.
As a family-owned and operated company, PMY is led by Deepak Patel alongside his sons and nephews, creating a leadership structure grounded in accountability, collaboration, and long-term commitment. This foundation is supported by a dedicated in-house team of estimators, project managers, site superintendents, accounting professionals, and administrative staff who work together to ensure strong coordination and consistent quality across every project.
Today, PMY Construction continues to build on its reputation as a reliable contractor capable of delivering complex projects that strengthen infrastructure and serve the needs of the communities in which we work.
Specialized Expertise
PMY Construction specializes in government contracting and public works construction, delivering projects for agencies and institutional clients throughout New York and New Jersey. Our experience spans a wide range of project types, with particular expertise in parks and playground construction, educational facilities, and complex infrastructure improvements.
We perform work across the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Long Island, Westchester County, the Hudson Valley, and New Jersey. Leadership
PMY Construction is led by founder, owner, and CEO Deepak Patel, who brings over 35 years of industry experience in public-sector construction. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a long-standing track record of successfully delivering government projects, Mr. Patel provides strategic leadership and technical expertise across all aspects of the company’s operations.
Under his leadership, PMY Construction has built a reputation for reliability, quality, and strong project execution. The company’s family-led structure is supported by an experienced team of project managers, estimators, and field supervisors who work collaboratively to ensure consistent performance across every project.
