Detailed Scope of Work

  • Demolition and removal of temporary classroom units including stairs, ramps, railings, structural foundations, and associated site elements.
  • Removal of existing asphalt pavement, fencing systems, gates, transformer vaults, and site utilities within project limits.
  • Selective removal and capping of water, sanitary, telecom, fire alarm, and electrical services in coordination with agency requirements.
  • Structural egress modifications including temporary exit pathways, entrance improvements, and code-compliant accessibility upgrades.
  • Interior selective demolition, partition modifications, and plumbing upgrades supporting new layouts.
  • Installation of erosion control, inlet protection, and tree protection measures during construction activities.
  • Site grading adjustments and asphalt pavement restoration following demolition activities.
  • Coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work to support early construction phases of the school addition.
  • Final cleanup, inspections, closeout documentation, and project turnover completed in accordance with NYCSCA standards.
