Scope of Work

Demolition of existing pavements, fencing, and exterior site elements shown on the Site Plan.
Installation of new concrete pavements, site paving, and curb work to improve accessibility and drainage performance.
Construction of new foundations and structural supports for exterior improvements.
Installation of fencing systems, gates, and miscellaneous steel components as shown on detail sheets.
Electrical and site infrastructure upgrades including conduit and foundation details.
Final restoration, cleanup, and turnover completed in accordance with NYCSCA standards.
