Project Overview

Our team completed the installation of new park amenities and public space upgrades along Shore Front Parkway, improving pedestrian access, seating areas, and recreational infrastructure throughout the Rockaway waterfront corridor.

Project Scope

  • Demolition and replacement of existing asphalt and concrete pavements, curbs, fencing, and miscellaneous site elements.
  • Construction of new sidewalks, accessible pathways, and plaza improvements along the boardwalk and park frontage.
  • Installation of park amenities including benches, bike racks, game tables, drinking fountains, and shade structures.
  • Installation of steel fencing systems, gates, and site furnishings across multiple project locations.
  • Water supply improvements and RPZ connections supporting new park features.
  • Landscaping and planting work including tree protection, erosion control, and restoration of disturbed areas.
  • Grading and drainage improvements to enhance site accessibility and long-term performance.
  • Final site restoration and cleanup completed in accordance with NYC Parks standards and project specifications.
